Qualifications

• Must have current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Must have a current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and occupational therapy needs.
• Provide service as per state laws and the plan of care.
• Record and report patient's response to treatments.
