Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one therapy in Dublin and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized home-based treatment aimed at improving mobility and daily function.

The role requires Virginia OT licensure, at least 2 years of home health experience, CPR and TB testing, and the ability to work independently in patients' homes. Flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active OT license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification and TB test required.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.

• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
• Conduct patient assessments and establish individualized therapy goals
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Assist patients with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
• Recommend adaptive equipment such as grab bars, shower chairs, and other safety tools
• Assess fall risks and implement strategies to improve home safety
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, safety practices, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT, and SLP
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Pay: $45-$100 per visit depending on visit type + mileage reimbursement

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist - OT to provide personalized, one-on-one therapy in a home setting throughout Dublin and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working independently while helping patients improve mobility, coordination, and independence in their daily environment.

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist - OT, you will work directly with patients recovering from illness or injury while developing individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes, safety, and quality of life within the home.
