Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in patients' homes. The role requires an OT license, graduation from an accredited OT program, and a minimum of one year of clinical care experience.

You will provide therapy services in the home setting with compassion and commitment. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
