Job summary

AccentCare is hiring an Occupational Therapist for home health in Burnsville, MN. This full-time, on-site role offers a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a compensation range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year and a Pay Per Point pay structure.

The role requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure, and at least two years of independent practice. A driver’s license is required to travel to all locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with license or certificate in the state providing services
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with care teams to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
