AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for Home Health in Bloomington, MN. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, from 8 am to 5 pm, and a salary range of $58,900 to $65,000 annually, with pay per point.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in Occupational Therapy, is licensed, has CPR certification, and can travel to all locations we serve in the Maple Grove/Plymouth/Brooklyn Park area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
• Valid license/registration to practice in Minnesota.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification and be able to travel to all locations.
