Qualifikationen

• Licensed OT with NY credentialing.
• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Accept and treat patients within your designated geographic area.
• Provide 1:1 treatment.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans per physician orders.
• Deliver care aligned with standards and plan of care.
• Educate caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Plan and carry out OT programs to maintain or improve function.
• Perform initial exams and document findings.
• Provide timely documentation for each visit.
• Evaluate treatment effects and adjust as needed.
• Treat geriatric patients.
