Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Texas, delivering high-quality care in patients’ homes. You’ll evaluate needs, develop plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective therapy.

The role requires travel up to 50% within the service area, with full licensure and an OT degree. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates the OT patient to determine rehabilitation needs and develops a plan of care.
• Participates in the implementation of the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care and discharge planning.
• Communicates significant findings to the supervisor, physician, and team members.
• Initiates patient safety plans and uses community resources as needed.
• Writes physicianOrders and documents therapy notes to reflect care provided.
