Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and establishes a treatment plan and goals.
• Completes patient treatment according to plan of care and updates as needed.
• Documents accurately and timely in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Mentors and provides oversight to field staff and students as applicable.
• Contributes to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains clinical records and supports OT student affiliations.
