Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health to assess and address functional needs, ADLs, fine motor skills, and home safety. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop a care plan and ensure CMS documentation requirements are met.

Required WA OT licensure and reliable transportation; CP R certification and independent working capabilities are preferred. A sign-on bonus is offered for eligible full-time candidates with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of Washington.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services within scope of practice and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional status and CMS-required documentation.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment to supervising staff.
• Conducts patient assessments of functional ability using standard tests.
• Delivers care in diverse home settings with respect to patient diversity.
