Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 1+ year of clinical experience.
• Massachusetts OT license (unrestricted).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
• Deliver therapy services per physician orders and best practices.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Supervise COTAs, HHAs, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Be involved in discharge planning and safety initiatives.
• Travel within coverage area to provide in-home care.
