Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home care in the Chestnut Hill area of Massachusetts. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week option and competitive compensation.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, collaborate with the care team, and document progress. Travel up to 50% within the coverage area; active MA license and ability to lift 50–100 lbs are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-approved PT program.
• Active MA PT license required.
• Willing to travel up to 50% within coverage area.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-home physical therapy care.
