Elara Caring seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist in Wellesley Hills, MA for an ongoing staff role. The position offers a 4‑day work week option and a sign-on bonus, with coverage areas including Cambridge, Boston, Somerville, Arlington and Watertown.

You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and deliver therapy per physician orders while traveling up to 50% to provide in-home care. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, PTO, and 401(k).

Competenze

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Massachusetts OT license (unrestricted).
• 1+ year of clinical experience.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license & insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs in a clinical setting.

Mansioni

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
• Deliver therapy services aligned with physician orders and best practices.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Supervise COTAs, HHAs, and clinical staff to ensure top-tier care.
• Be a key player in discharge planning and safety initiatives.
• Travel within your coverage area to bring care directly to patients.
