Mercy Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide day-to-day patient care in the home setting, including case management, post-hospitalization assessments, IV therapy, wound/dressing changes, and patient teaching. Per diem visits are performed as needed, following Mercy policies, with documentation completed in the Epic system.

We serve Saint Louis and surrounding areas, including Jefferson County, Saint Louis County, and Saint Charles County.
