Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a nurse to join our team serving Salt Lake County, Stansbury Park, and Heber areas. You will provide compassionate in-home care to medically complex pediatric and adult clients, following provider guidelines and maintaining detailed EMR records.

Qualificações

• Must hold Utah Practical or Registered Nursing license.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to patient locations.
• Spanish speaking encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide AmazingCare to the patient population served.
• Manage daily patient care while adhering to clinical guidelines.
• Log clinical notes daily in the Kantime EMR system.

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Salt Lake and Tooele areas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric and adult clients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. • Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Sign on Bonus:

Nights: $4,000 - FT $2,000 - PT

Schedule: Days / Swings

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
