Qualifications

• Associate/Diploma prepared RN with 2+ years of experience.
• Active Ohio RN License; may be required to obtain other state licensure.
• BSN from ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited institution preferred; MSN acceptable.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing code for Foreign Graduates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards; support leadership to meet CMS standards.
• Monitor safety and departmental policies; fulfill individual certifications and Safety College requirements.
• Provide care with clinical judgment, document plans and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in shared governance at the point-of-care.
• Integrate IPM in all aspects of practice; advocate for patients and families; respect diverse cultural needs.
• Provide age-specific, culturally inclusive patient care and education.
