Meds Talent LLC is actively seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Bennington, VT. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with guaranteed 37 hours per week.

Compensation includes a $3,200 weekly gross package, comprising a non-taxable GSA stipend and taxable W-2 wages. Start date is ASAP and some weekends/on-call/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong OASIS documentation and case management skills.
• Experience with IV therapy, wound care, and wound VAC.
• RN license required upon acceptance.
• Flexibility for some weekends, on-call rotations, and holiday coverage.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely.
• Manage patient caseloads and coordinate care.
• Provide skilled nursing services, including IV care, wound VAC management, and complex wound care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using McKesson.
