Trusted Ally Home Care in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes, developing personalized care plans to promote health, mobility, and wellness.

You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care and education, while maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia (active)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Compensation

• $38.00 - $42.00 an hour RN
