Trusted Ally Home Care is hiring a dedicated Home Health RN to deliver patient-centered nursing care in Tonopah, NV. The RN will develop personalized care plans, educate families, and coordinate with the care team to promote health and mobility at home.

Must hold an active Nevada RN license and have home health experience, with strong communication and time-management skills to thrive in a home-based setting. W2, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care at patients' homes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness.

Education And Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Licensure:Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
• Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation

• $38.00 - $42.00 an hour RN
