Job summary

Trusted Ally Home Care in Amarillo, TX is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered nursing in clients' homes. You will design and implement individualized care plans, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to promote safety, mobility, and overall wellness.

Requirements include an active RN license in Texas, and BSN preferred or ADN; prior home health experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are expected for visits.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Education And Experience Qualifications

• Previous nursing experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation

• $38.00 - $42.00 an hour RN
