Trusted Ally Home Care in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to care for a single patient in Thornton, CO, Monday through Friday, 7 pm to 1 am.

The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, develop care plans, monitor health, and collaborate with families and health professionals to promote wellness. A CO RN license and BSN/ADN are preferred; compensation is $45-50 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred or ADN with strong clinical experience.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or community health preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary medical treatments, guidance, and support. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans that promote health, mobility, and overall wellness. Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation

• $45.00- $50.00 an hour RN
