Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled nursing services under supervision.
• Observes and reports patient conditions to supervisor.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assists physicians/staff with procedures.
• Assists with activities of daily living and self-care.
• Prepares weekly clinical notes and updates records.
• Reports changes to physician and team.
• Performs complex wound care as trained.
• Performs venipuncture for labs when competency documented.
• Follows physician orders and participates in in-service.
• Participates in nursing report and QAPI.
