Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification and TB test current; valid auto insurance.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as allowed by state regulations.
• Observe and report patient status to the supervising LVN.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient education.
• Document progress notes weekly and coordinate care with the team.
