Frontpoint Health is seeking a full-time/PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patient homes across Kansas. Your duties will include administering medications, performing complex wound care, and maintaining clinical documentation. Reliable transportation and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or multi-state license (NLC).
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités
