Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) for a PRN in El Paso, TX. This role provides one-on-one, in-home nursing visits to help patients maintain independence and improve quality of life.

The position offers flexible, self-managed scheduling and the opportunity for meaningful, patient-focused work with consistent patient volume in the El Paso area.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
