Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our North King County home health team. You will deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, manage wound and catheter care, administer medications, and participate in caregiver education and support.

Qualifications

• Washington LPN license (current and in good standing).
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred—but not required!
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management.
• Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation.
• Deliver patient and caregiver education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for cohesive, quality care.
• On-call rotations required.
