Job summary

Columbia River Home Health is hiring a Home Health LPN to provide specialized nursing care in patients' homes across Kennewick, Pasco and Richland. You will perform assessments, manage wounds and medications, educate families, and coordinate with an interprofessional team to ensure quality care.

Requires WA LPN license and BLS, with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Flexible scheduling and supportive leadership accompany competitive benefits in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• WA LPN license required and current BLS certification.

• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred but not required.
