Job summary

The VNA Health Group is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Middlesex County. You will provide patient-centered care in a home health setting, under RN supervision, and support recovery and quality of life.

Expect collaboration with a caring team and emphasis on safety and infection control. Qualified candidates will have NJ licensure, 2+ years med/surg experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license for local travel.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience; home care or hospice is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Care: implement care plans under RN direction with high patient care standards.
• Empower Patients: assist with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
