VNA Health Group in Middlesex County, New Jersey, is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered home health care under RN supervision.

The ideal candidate has NJ LPN licensure, NLN-accredited program, 2+ years Med/Surg or acute care experience, and strong communication and computer skills. Valid driver's license for local travel; tuition reimbursement and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited LPN program graduate with active NJ licensure.
• Minimum 2 years med/surg or acute care nursing experience.
• Home care or hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, computer and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide care plans under RN supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Monitor care quality and ensure services meet safety and quality standards.
