• PATIENT / CAREGIVER EDUCATION: Educate patients and caregivers for home care.
• COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION: Complete documentation timely and comply with guidelines.
• STAFF EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Assist in onboarding and continuing education.
