Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. A $10,000 first-year success bonus is available to reward achievement of key goals during your first year.

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care, conducting comprehensive assessments, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining EMR documentation.

Competenze

• Active LPN license in the state you work.
• Two years of LPN experience.
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

LPN Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state you work
