Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1:1 with Adult & Pediatric home health patients in Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. Skills advancement provided.

The LPN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders on each assignment and monitoring for physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Provide skilled nursing care on each assignment according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
