Job summary

Maxim Healthcare, Inc. in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in Chicopee. The role supports 3p-11p shifts on weekdays, with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care, assess patient needs, and follow prescribed orders. Beneficiary benefits include health/dental/vision, HSA, PTO, and a 401(k) plan, along with company-provided wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

LPN Hourly Rate: $40-43/hr
