Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our home healthcare intake and insurance verification team. You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, insurance qualification, and coordinated setup of durable medical equipment.

The role requires excellent communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or intake is preferred.
• Ability to verify insurance and coordinate documentation.
• Strong communication with patients and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Maintain organized records and logs in compliance with standards.
• Assist with office operations and provide patient-focused support.
