Responsabilités

• Receives clinical information on new referrals for home health services.
• Verifies insurance/payer details and collects demographic and medical data for admission.
• Ensures referral acceptance and timely communication with scheduling and authorizations.
• Acts as liaison among field, medical, office, and referral source staff.
• Maintains logs and participates in in-services and meetings.
