Job summary

Amerita in Denver seeks a Scheduler to coordinate and schedule nursing visits, approve documents, create delivery tickets, and track treatment plans. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

You will collaborate with Intake, Sales and Pharmacy to schedule visits, review nursing notes in Alayacare, and manage subcontract billing. The position is full-time, on-site in Centennial, CO, with occasional Saturday/on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge in home care preferred.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track regular Amerita nursing visits for field staff.
• Secure home health agency coverage when Amerita nurse is unavailable.
• Communicate patient infusion orders and updates to field nurses.
• Review and approve nursing notes in Alayacare or other documentation software.
• Review subcontract billing and authorize visits as needed.
• Triage calls from patients, providers and internal partners.
• Assist branch with weekend on-call duties.
