Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Home Health Account Executive in Kyle, TX to build and manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. You will promote home health services and drive patient referrals while supporting market growth.

You will travel within the territory, present to diverse stakeholders, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health or hospice.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance guidelines is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to generate patient referrals.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community members about home health services and benefits.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and in-services to promote services.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient admissions.
• Track and report referral activity, market trends, and competitor information.
• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly referral and admission goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
