Job summary

gpac in Kent, WA is recruiting a Senior Director of Nursing for a growing home health organization. You will provide senior-level clinical leadership across operations, compliance, staff development, and quality of care.

Ideal candidates will have WA RN license, 8+ years in nursing with home health experience, and 5+ years of senior leadership as a DON or equivalent; strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and QAPI; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license in good standing.
• 8+ years nursing experience, with substantial home health exposure.
• 5+ years progressive clinical leadership as DON or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and COPs, CMS COP, OASIS, survey readiness, accreditation standards.
• Experience leading operations, case management, documentation compliance, QAPI, and performance improvement.
• Proven ability to mentor and retain high-performing nursing teams.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and implement improvements across census.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on staffing strategy and growth.
• BSN preferred; advanced degree a plus.

What You'll Bring

• Active Washington RN license in good standing
• 8+ years of nursing experience, with substantial experience in home health
• 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience as a DON, Clinical Director, Administrator, Regional Clinical Leader, or similar
• Deep knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS, survey readiness, and accreditation standards
• Proven experience leading clinical operations, case management, documentation compliance, QAPI, and performance improvement initiatives
• Strong track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing nursing and clinical teams
• Ability to identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards across a growing census
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on staffing strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational goals
