Job summary

Confidential organization in Greater Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team, oversee patient care quality, and ensure compliance across clinical operations. This role demands hands‑on leadership, staff development, and strategic input to support agency growth.

You will manage recruitment and retention of RNs/LPNs, ensure CMS/OASIS readiness, and uphold documentation standards while collaborating with leadership to drive improvements in quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 3+ years of home health experience.
• 1-2+ years of leadership experience as a DON, Clinical Manager, ADON, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS, and survey readiness.
• Experience overseeing clinical operations, case management, and quality of care.
• Ability to recruit, retain, train, and develop RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and other field clinicians.
• Strong knowledge of documentation, QAPI, and clinical compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• BSN preferred.
