Job summary

Confidential Client in Grand Rapids seeks a Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team in home health. You will manage patient care quality, compliance, and growth of field clinicians in a high-impact leadership role.

You will oversee staffing, training, CMS/OASIS readiness, and QAPI initiatives while partnering with administration to drive referrals and census growth. Strong RN leadership and Medicare knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in home health (DON/ADON/Clinical Manager).
• Strong knowledge of CMS/OASIS regulations.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain clinical staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Director of Nursing, Home Health

A growing home health agency is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team. You'd own patient care quality, compliance and the growth of a team of field clinicians. This is a leadership role with real influence over how the agency runs and grows.

What You'll Do

• Lead, hire, train and develop RNs, LVNs/LPNs and other field clinicians
• Oversee clinical operations, case management and quality of care
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state and accreditation standards (CMS CoPs, OASIS, survey readiness)
• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation and QAPI initiatives
• Partner with the Administrator on staffing, census growth and referral relationships
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for physicians, patients and families

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in good standing (BSN preferred)
• 3+ years of home health experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role (DON, Clinical Manager or ADON)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, OASIS and survey processes
• A proven ability to recruit, retain and motivate clinical staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
