Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and safely carry out daily activities. The role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule with meaningful, patient-focused care and consistent patient volume in the Lubbock area.

A Texas COTA license is required, and home health experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas COTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination and safety.
• Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs.
