Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one home-based therapy in Lubbock, TX. The role operates on a PRN schedule, offering flexible hours and the opportunity for work-life balance or extra income.

You will deliver occupational therapy under supervision, assist with ADLs and safety, reinforce plans, and document progress. Texas COTA license required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas COTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).
