Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes around El Paso, TX. You will help clients perform activities of daily living and improve safety and independence under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity for additional income while delivering meaningful, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Formación

• Active Texas COTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety.
• Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
