Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home therapy services under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist. This role supports patients in their homes, coordinating with nursing leadership to ensure high-quality care.

The successful candidate will hold an active COTA license in the practicing state and have reliable transportation for home visits in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Have dependable transportation and ability to drive in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to home-bound clients under the Plan of Care set by the supervising OT.
• Work under supervision of the Director of Nurses and licensed OT to deliver home health therapy.
