Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to provide intermittent professional therapy services in a home health and hospice setting.

You will educate patients and family members and collaborate with the health care team to follow the physician’s orders and the established plan of care. Applicants should have a degree from an approved clinical education program, state licensure, and at least one year of licensing experience, plus basic technology skills including mobile device use.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
