Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for home health in Butler County, Ohio and surrounding areas. Work under a licensed OT to deliver patient-centered therapy at home, focusing on independence and safety. Part-time or PRN with weekly pay and a supportive team.

You will assess progress, educate patients/caregivers, and document care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Active Ohio COTA license.
Current CPR and/or BLS certification.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the plan of care under supervision of a licensed OT.
Assist patients in improving activities of daily living and functional mobility.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe equipment use.
Observe, document and report patient progress and changes to the supervising OT.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support outcomes.
