Job summary

Horizon Home Health Care in Butler County, Ohio, seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team on a part-time/PRN basis. Working under a licensed OT, you will help patients improve independence, safety, and daily functioning in their homes.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy per plan of care, teaching exercises, documenting progress, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Ohio COTA license required.
• CPR and/or BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities
