InHome Therapy is seeking a home health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to treat adult and geriatric patients in and around Schaumburg. You will provide OT services in patients' homes under supervision, with a consistent caseload and autonomy over your day.

The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and leadership growth opportunities, with a per-visit compensation model ranging $40–$45 per visit. tablets provided for data entry and planning.

Formación

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsabilidades

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
