Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home health services to adults and geriatric patients in Boca Raton and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules with a per-visit compensation of $45–$50, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive mentorship program. Training provided and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Comfort with basic technology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
