InHome Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home health services to adults and seniors in and around Highland Park, IL. You will work under OT supervision to help patients regain independence in their homes, with a flexible schedule and a steady caseload.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and a supportive team. A tablet with data plan is provided, and mileage is reimbursed as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Comfort using email, text messaging and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
