Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide home health OT services in and around Highland Park, IL. You will work with adults and geriatric patients in their homes, delivering therapy under OT supervision and helping clients regain independence.

The role offers a flexible schedule, a consistent patient volume through agency referrals, and supportive leadership. Per-visit compensation is $40–$45, with mileage reimbursement and ongoing mentorship

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
• Be the best part of someone’s day.
